| This summer we plan to do an offshore trip to Madeira and back, just the two of us. It's going to be a stretch, since we only have a month to do it in. Leighton goes down to Ayamonte a week early to get the boat ready, and armed with guides to the levada walks on the island, I join him a week later. Sailing plans have a habit of not turning out quite as expected, and our trip is no exception. Read how we get on in this summer's log. | |
